I personally prefer coming into a game when the economy is more developed. Most people buy their in game currency with plat, so until the currency circulates, and more people get money from farming, you can't really sell anything for much unless you're selling to the people who bought the currency.

I would say so , early bird gets the worm. Basically people who play first have more experience than those who play later. This experience plays a huge role in making money. That and if your one of the first people merching you get rich super fast.
