I can almost guarantee (because this is happening me several times) that if you look at the charge it is actually only pending and not cleared. this is unfortunately a holiday weekend for the US and as such it could take until Tuesday or longer before it actually get resolved. in my case the pending charges disappeared as if they were never there. the worst part is that money is tied up and being held by your financial institution until the matter is resolved. now that s t s is a slightly larger company they may have someone working support over the long weekend but previously it was just about waiting it out.
