Why are Snowpeak and The Swamp blocked?

Would like to know why I cannot visit the towns in snowpeak and the swamp when I can play the campaign?

They haven't been built yet. For a long time, there was only 1 town, Forest Haven. Recently other towns have been added to the game, but they haven't built them all yet.

snowpeak, and the swamps town, along with quests will be added in the future along with other towns for expansions.
