From what level does 1 character count in the final top count?

Cumulative aps of the 500 highest in the guild and active in the week that is scored.
I think. It's on the guild ranking thread.

I mean from what level do they count, or is it from level 1?

This thread (link (https://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?658519-Feedback-Guild-Rankings-II)) has the details. Level is not considered, however, maybe there should be a level threshold of at least 1/2 to 3/4 the current level cap.
