Warrior damage skills is really bad.
Almost of them have long cast time and can't do anything while doing that skill. Maybe create a thread where we can suggest ideas for buff.
Increase vengeful crit chance to 50%
Juggernaut gives 5% health leech.
Mage meteor ult buff damage doesn't really noticable, so it needs a few more buff.

my biggest complaint of all is jug must be charged to resist stun
my second biggest complaint is that jug should taunt an unlimited amount of enemies in a huge area, but it doesn't

Yes, Skill Revamp is the next big initiative outside of events now that the 86 expansion is out.

ne meteor make good dmg the diff is u dont know how use it O.o
