zero graphic errors on other monitor
laggy in game at the end, 3500 ping

Try firefox / chrome. Opera is known to be buggy.

i recall chrome was great.. and yeah, it's not the best sometimes.. maybe the GX Control is messing AL up

Strange, I haven't touched anything on the browser, It's Opera GX, same as usual.
Updated drivers now, and AL seemed fine earlier.
Also, possibly unrelated but I'm still getting a temporary black screen when opening OBS, which I thought was caused by H.265 encoder, but it still happens with H.264,
Anyway, I will let you know if I see anything else up with AL.
