Is it okay to play using more than 1 devices?

So ive been playing AL since 2013.
and ive change 1 time mobile phone since then
Right now i want to change my iphone 8+ to another new phone. But still dont know what phone i’ll buy

is it okay cinco / remiem to change my phone? i’m afraid ill get banned?

since one of my friend account got banned because change mobile phone.

However, using multiple accounts as a single person (meaning you play 2 characters simultaniously) can get you in trouble. Most players get banned for account sharing because it provides multiple unfair advantages and errors in ToS (for example showing 13+ restricted content to kids).

I could be wrong but I don't think it specifically says in ToS use of multiple accounts is not allowed, it's just frowned upon

Yea what I meant with this is that it encourages actions that are reasons for bans for example doing the same offer on two accounts.

I emailed support about this a while back as I was unsure and was told it is fine to use two devices.
I also told them that I had two accounts, again I was told this is fine.
I never do plat offers. Someone was also told by one of the Devs here that it's ok to transfer stuff from one account to another.
As long as you don't break any rules e.g. plat offers you will be ok.
