Ok, I just lost my account and email thay ive had ever since this game came out an the support people are saying i need to provide the name or something that was on it? To get it back...i dont remember ever having to put my name anywhere on it... My point is that ive lost my account n email to whom ever hacked it an ive got years of work into an I do not want to start completly over again ...it honestly makes me not even want to play the game anymore....theres got to be another way to get my account back....i can name every character an their set up an exclusive items an ect....please someone help me :(

Im pretty sure they mean the name tht is on ur iTunes/android account.

That was over two years ago, an i probably made up some name an forgot the password to that email..
There has to be another way...I can tellem how much plat i got an how many snowmen n levels of each character....maybe if i callem? Or something....this sux

An honestly I think it has something to do with my x girlfriend.
.cuz i played the game more than i payed attention to her...lol..its funny but its not V_V

If you look your email historical, if you didn't erase any for 2 years (I hope >.<); you may find the email of StS emailing you you made an account .. And you should find infos >.<..

If you made a random email, can't remember anything counting pw, unless you tell StS your old characters names + a picture proving it's you, they may check if the account wasn't used for 2 years ago, to check you're telling the truth, and they may make it back to you lol..
