Miserly monarch chest crafting

Is it a bug or something that I’m not able to craft those even though I got receipe, completed quest too, and all those epic gears necessary for crafts.
What else am I missing?
Need help on these and from devs too.

you have to select each epic equipment piece in the crafting window.
