Whats the armor cap as of now?
used to be around 8.9K at 81 if I am not mistaken (I might be), any idea whats is it now?

17,500. People who didn't know what they were talking about butted into our warrior discussion threads about warrior not being a warrior due to certain factors and asked the devs to rise the armor cap and they did.
It only hurt all the classes, hurts warr the most.

If i had to take a wild guess it is that 86 gear will have high armor. More than likely has nothing to do with randoms on a forum, and more to do with gear progression.

Armor awakes got some use now for hardcore.

this was back in 81 cap, its different for 86 - if I were to guess it should be around 18k.

Nvm just tested it rn, Its approximately 18,568 - maybe a tolerance level of ± 5
Mogera mobs isn't that accurate anymore when testing it in a 86 toon considering the damage reduction you receive when combating a lower-level zone. Test it on Elite Sanctuary (Lb run mode) instead.
Edit: idk where u got your 17,500 value, tested the same in mogera I'm getting 16,456 after calculating (from the highest damaging mob) (because the damage take is still so low, its very inaccurate).
