Description:
Kill a # specific mobs/bosses to get a passive stat bonus to power up your character.
For example:
Defeat Dragon Lord, Alargan 1,000 times to add + .5% dmg bonus (bonus can be modified for balancing purposes) on your character.

Description:
Complete a # of quests to get a passive stat bonus to power up your character.
For example:
The Blacksmith of Kraag needs you to destroy enemies of the Dead City and collect 5,000 black hearts. In return, he will empower you +.5% armor boost to strengthen your hero.

I believe this is an excellent opportunity to add something to do while gold farming/events are unavailable in AL, or it adds something new to do in general. I hope the developer team gives this suggestion a thought.
