Good morning!

I know that the fulfilled offers are from third parties and that we should seek support from these companies, but TapJoy is causing several problems. They make a big offer, we meet the requirements, We even spend money on other apps and they stop updating our progress.

I had to open more than one ticket for an offer, and it took them around 1 day to respond to the first one and more than 3 days without a response from Arcane Legends app.

When contacting them via email, they give "copy and paste" information, as if I had not initiated the offer, even though I have screenshots of the offer and also provided the ID provided by the platform in an attempt to facilitate resolution.

In several clauses, TapJoy exempts itself from responsibilities, trying to pass them on to the consumer and even when you meet all the requirements they take too long to respond or blame you for their technical problems.

I make this statement with the intention of drawing the attention of developers due to the poor service provided by this company and also of other players so that they can speak out about the case.

Of course, it is not STS's responsibility to resolve my problems with this company, but at least try to find another alternative company that really provides a good service to your players.

If you're not happy with the Tapjoy offers, don't use them.
