How to progress in low lvl when im just started

I was able to hit lv80 in the halloween event becuz a kind man gave me Frank set but since its over where can i farm gold? Where can i lvl up? I mean yeah they said oktal but i cant go there currently

You need Ok'tal pet to go to Ok'Tal. Cheapest option will be [Lil'Loko] pet that you can get from CS usually with low amount of 50k-200k gold.
Portal in to Ok'Tal Town is located in L50 Shadows Cave Town and you can enter the portal once you have Ok'Tal pet on you.

I think its best to join a active helpful guild with officers that really care about new players and will go above and beyond to help you.

Try <The Hidden Leaf> guild they are the biggest most active guild and there are many in there who have time for new players like yourself.

You need help to level, as well as better base equipment, vanity gear, pet and guidance.
