Promo Code Sellers

Since the day I'm playing I noticed a lot of player yelling "SELLING PROMO CODES"
Really, those player are pissing me off. Promo codes are considered free for all and not to make profit indeed you "sell" them to new player.
I'm not 100%ly sure but I think its prohibited to do so because they are "free for all"
Well, I'm keep telling those player it's not allowed. But I'm keep seeing more of those and I'm no longer sure about.
What do you guys think? Is it prohibited to sell something which is considered free for all?

Ok, nice to see that we are sharing the same opinion. Though I would still like to hear the opinion of an administrator about. Because I'm still not sure if its just immorally or even prohibited

Actually this is already a rule. Trust trades of any kind is against ToS including things that cannot fit into the trade window in one trade.
