I am selling this beast of an item. It's probably one of the most overpowered bracelets in AL atm.

So, are you deliberately ignoring the fact that, besides the 7% int, there's also CRUCIAL 10%bd, not to mention the 4% armor and the elite power stone, gifting an extra 2% crit damage? Either you're attempting some avant-garde price manipulation, or you've bestowed upon me the gift of a misguided item appraisal. If you're willing to admit your fallibility, by all means, do so. If not, I'll generously part with 50 million, should you unearth a bracelet of equal quality (awakes and jewels included). No offense, thank you for your opinion
