did you not willingly pay 150 platinum for the keys at that time? Using your logic, everyone who opened locked crates before guaranteed rewards / crate tokens were introduced should also get some kind of compensation right?

read the update before commenting. they got refunded for willingly spend 150 platinum on 50 crate keys on 10/28 same as i did 14 days before that but they got 100 plat back for each 50 key crate bought

every1 spent 150 plat willingly on these crates? even tho it hurts paying 150 each but why should only players who bought it on 10/28 get refunded because the devs decide to change price to 50 instead of 150? i also said everyone should get refunded the 2nd post i did was just my calculations of how much i spent on 10/14, and for crate tokens players should have gotten them. spending 150 plat on 50 crate keys on 10/28 without knowing they will change price is the same as spending it on 10/14 or before that

Not seeing a bug and it all looks like it's working for me.

What are you seeing specifically? What is the 'bug' (what you expect vs. what happens)?
