Idk. It does not move there. I tried re-installing and still, I got the same problem. It doesn't even patch.

For 2days now, it's like this. :( Idk about the firewall. I am using home connection, and it was the first time that I cannot connect this long. I have tried using Chrome and I got the same results, it says it cannot reach server. So, what is it in my connection? I have always tried playing using this connection. :(

This is what Futumsh had to say in the past to someone with the same problem...


It's likely your network and/or proxy are blocking traffic on nonstandard ports. You'll get this particular behavior if you can communicate over port 80 but not port 4060.

I'd say check your router settings and make sure ports 80 and 4060 are open for the device you want to play on. You could manually add those ports if you want to be sure.

hm..

You should erase app, restart phone, re-install it once again, restart phone, look if there is any updates on App store..

Are you in 3G or on wifi? And can you go to search things on the inet through google for example?

IF still doesn't work, you should be emailed support, I'm sure they'll find out a solution to your problem :)

Having the same issue here, and it's not just with the authenticating screen... It also crashes with all loading screens with the running knight. I get major delays during play, like one time all the mobs froze and I kept spamming skills... when the game resumed my entire team was dead/and or left the game in frustration. Tried all the suggestions above, and...... Still not working, hehe. I even went as far as leaving my router off for the night and turning it back on in the morning, adding the ports in port forwarding, but everything just has not worked normally since the last few updates to the game app after fire forest was introduced up to now with the new blacksmoke mountain cap ^^ Oh, and everything else works fine with our internet, just not this game, this is also from testing on 2x iPad 2s, an iPad 3, and an android phone with the same issue. The android app seems to crash a bit less but it still does crash.

Hi folks! Thank you for all your replies and suggestions. However, I still have the same problem. I still cannot patch up to now. I will try later when I get home, but when the problem persists, I think I should quit PL for good. It was a long road and I enjoyed. :) Ciao!

Interesting that my suggestion was deleted, or maybe I never actually posted it. Don't give up and quit. If the game worked before, then there is obviously something else wrong. Could be your phone, or your connection. Don't be feeble minded and give up, there is always a solution yet to be found.

Yes, Stomp. When I am using a different ISP, I can connect to SL and DL. PL didn't patch for me this morning. It is too slow. :( it always gets disconnected. At home, when I am using this poor ISP, I cannot connect to any. It gets stuck at the 2nd authenticating page. They say there's a restoration something of the connection, since I have contacted my ISP. I don't know if that restoration would help. Better be helpful. :( Thank you Stomp!
