L71 PvP Now?

Hello!

I haven't had the urge to 71 PvP for maybe 5 years but I want to get back into it. I know its semi-dead but I don't mind finding the gear and the people to play it. That being said, I used to use bird and now I want to use bear!

It's been years and I am not really familiar with all the rings/ammys introduced for the mid levels in that time, I've spent a lot of time at L15-22 pvp though and are assuming there are new ones.

Should I be Dex Bear? Should I get beastly? What rings/ammys are good now and with what enchants? Help me with any new builds in the replies. I really don't have a budget.

The META would be Dex bear with 3PC Ring Of Valorant Glory and a Crafted Sanguine Amulet. Flying Bow set and Flying Talon set is your go to items, with Flying Talon being the ultimate counter to dex bow bears and 76 bears. Build wise you’ll have to cut corners since passives take up so much space. 5 beck and 5 stomp is my go to, max Fury and Sturdiness, compared to my old build which was 5 beck 9 stomp. Nobody is beating a Dex bear which is why 71 is pretty dead now.
