Pretty sure that exclamation is due to your xp being disabled.

I believe its part of the tutorial, to make sure new players pay attention to it

xp disable is on go to options> social options > disable xp gain remove the tick near the option :)

Yes i know xp is off, i put it that way to keep player low lvl. didnt think that was the problem thanks :D

It's a warning that basically means your level compared to the monster AI levels in the zone are getting far apart, and you may have some tough times ahead. Disabling XP tends to bring this up a lot since campaigns begin to have starting AI levels of a higher range as you progress farther into the game.
