i was just 7months when veteran awards were given but now its 8 months and i got helmet too now,will i get back after 4months?
No, that award was pretty much the celebration of SL being released..Which was on September 25th (I think)

It's counted from when you created a Spacetime account, not time within a game. So pretty much anyone that's been playing PL for 12 months or more (even counted before SL release) can Download make an SL account, hit lvl 5 (access to stash) and have the set waiting for them ;)

If you just got Helm now, you will have to wait another 6 months, see my post above with original announcement.
