missing quest in blacksmoke?

I can't seem to find the last quest for blacksmoke mountain. I worked through to the fire warden tasking me to kill the red dragon, did that one, but now I can't seem to find anyone else for the final quest. Anyone know where it is?

Yup. Nobody in town is lighting up for me any more, nor is the miner in lost valley. I'm fresh out of ideas of where to hunt up a quest-giver.

Did you get the quest in balefort castle? Go down and there's the guy from blacksmoke and he gives a quest

Yes, I got that. It came out as part of the preview for elite level. I'm missing one from blacksmoke area according to map quest count.

Edit: My bad, it turns out you have to do this same one yet again now, even if you did it for elite preview. I've successfully done all quests for expansion now.

Consensus is that the two fallen prince vanity ring trade-in quests count towards the total. So you need to have three cap vanities to do fallen prince twice and get all quests completed.

I have on my archer three cap vanities. I will check this theory, but I get only this Ring of Valiant Glory.
