I know someone who swears to have owned at one time a level 19 Jewel Thief's Talon Spike. I've never seen it, but I still think it might exist as a very rare item like the level 19/20 gem staff of lightning of mastery or the pink war hammer. Anyway, maybe not, but I'm not willing to rule it out yet...

Someone posted a while back that they had found a level 10 pink (warrior armor I think), but there was no pic and I just shrugged it off as a mistake...

The best lvl 19 talon is just white rarity, and gives 3 str, I believe it's called talon of might. Same goes for the wing. There is an orange wing that gives you 2 less str, and plus 1% hit, called the avenger's wing.

i want to think Richie is right...thou ive never seen it. But with 1.3 Zyla dropped a never before seen Pink Shield. Why not add Talons...there could be one.

You are thinking of the demon claw, which is lvl 25. There is no lvl 19 pink talon.
