what are the places getting new drops?

Any boss lvl 26+ and wraith (sts 25). Any boss lvl 26+ has a chance of dropping robes, shield, cloak, ect. Wraith has a chance of dropping his helm and maybe other stuff? I really don't know his loot table yet.

Is it just me being nitpicky or dose the wraith skull look very tiny ?

It drops from bosses that are from levels 26+ so running Red sun and Numa are a no go. Look at Director Bot and onwards.

Um actually I was asking about the quest item drops, which did drop from regular mobs.

Meh was pretty much the same as the Masks last year. (Though only masked would give them here its random, just missing their masks :p)
