I managed to get one of the 5 for the c'est lava quest, I don't really know how I did it. Can anyone help?

it seems to be random to me. I just try to run into every lava pit I see.

go into any lava put then ask a mage to heal you
Works in a map and in town.

You can also heal yourself if you are a mage. Just stand in the lava until you do a back flip and heal yourself.
