well, i guess it becomes dummy proof then. Everyone will max out pretty much every skill. NO thinking involved at the cap levels. he he

I have the skills I want maxxed out...I don't even bother with the others..just leave the skill points waiting. Seems a bit of a waste really. Like, what's the point?
