Hello,
I have a new device and am unable to login to this. I know the email and password, but can no longer access this email. (After email and password it asks for this). I am able to play in my old device since I saved settings. Is there a way I can change my email? Or am I forced to play on my older phone? Ty in advance and hope I'm in the right place to ask.

If I understand you right, you can change acc yourself without making a ticket for support
I just had to do this for the same reason lel

Log in acc go to where u can change toons, next to that is “my acc” - click that
Then modify acc

That will let you change the email & password associated w that acc

If you have a device which can still log in, you can change the email to one you have access to in game, My Account -> Modify Account.
If you no longer have access on any device, and cannot access the email itself anymore, you'll have to contact support (https://support.spacetimestudios.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
