We have killed him so many times, can we not have the video everytime we kill it?
first time is enough

+1 very annoying having only this clip play over and over again when every other clip only plays first time.

This has been fixed in the next server (content) update. You view the cutscene if you've not killed Hedourah before and if you want to view it again, you can use the cutscene terminal in Berylline Bay.
