If its event loot, it often time isnt affected by luck rerolls.

If it's normal loot, I have seen mythics reroll yes.

I have also seen arcanes drop no reroll. It is extremely rare though.

I know this will probably get lost in the comments but sometimes when I’m home alone I like to go out in my garden and cover myself with dirt and pretend I’m a carrot.

Rerolling into an arcane would be possible if it is on a loot table with subsequent lower rarity loot.. Most times arcane are going to be on their own loot table, leaving it not able to drop from a Luck Reroll.

Answer is Yes and No, majority of the time is No.

yes it can but there needs to be mythic loot that drops from enemy.

im sure it works elsewhere though, as long as theres a mythic item and arcane item in the same loot table.

for super rare items such as immortal shackle - idk, perhaps its alone in its own loot table.

Like others said it depends on loot table. If it has all rarities up to arcane then it is possible to reroll for arcane (eggzavier is a good example). If arcane is in its own loot table then nope, reroll won't happen.
