Orange Ghost spawn and dissapear

Orange ghost spawn them dissapear immediately without kill him.
Map: underground blockage. Few times

Yep had same problem too, at Marshwood.

Orange Ghost disapeared before I cld kill it.

Break stuff, hope a (orange) ghost wil appear kill ghost and the ghost will drop an item. If ur lucky it will be event vanity, if not so lucky it will drop a less valuable item like a (white/green) gem. So u don't have to go to district and talk to someone u get the stuff right away.
