Event quest bugged

Flask of hyrbax is bugged if u click on go to from quest tab it takes u to portal n the quest gets reset n need to talk with npc again and unable to complete it.

The reason it gets reset is becuase we have flask of hyrbax from week 1 in inventory so please look into it

yup I already finished it twice and it came back 3rd time, now Im stuck with 3 flasks and no quest for zenith grains

I was not able to reproduce this. What are the exact steps you're taking, or better yet, can you make a video so I can see what you're doing?
