Altar amulet can't stack INT with SB set

Is it normal? I remember I've been using altar amulet with starbeast set in Elite zodias gauntlet and it does stacks but today I've noticed that it didn't work. Please enlighten me. Thanks

Cinco disabled stat stacking while using star beast set. Its intentional yes.
