The kindle fire!!! I was shocked, got it for the wifey now I use it more than she does.

My ping on my phone was 89 to 180 range with high quality off and double pixel on.
Now with kindle I range 59 to 140 with better graphics. The processor speed is fast therefore quicker response time especially in pvp ffa ctf etc.
For 200 bucks i'm very impressed compared to my galaxy which cost a lot more and crashes often.

What do you'll use , what's your ping like??

I'm in love w my 59 ping near router, I wouldn't have been able to hit 76 without it. Mainly BC my phone crashes and makes Pl life miserably.

Highly suggest it :)

Kindle Fire 7" is perfect, big enough for meaty hands, small enough so you don't have to stretch your fingers badly.

Kindle fire is also my favorite device for PL. Play on ipad (too big), play on iphone (too small) Kindle fire (just right).

Im using ipad 2 and Galaxy note N7000 , ping here is average 600-800 using 3G, but since new map always ping 800 to blank, Playing on my galaxy note always DC or crashes and ping is bad compare to my ipad, so im always on ipad.

I LOVE my google nexus 16GIG priced @ $249 (on October 29th goes to $200 & 32gig will be 249)

I had some issues originally with it but then I unlocked it, flash a custom ROM & haven't ever been happier with the device. Although I can see why the Kindle Fire HD is appealing as it is the first device with dual wifi antennas. I personally was looking for a more well rounded device and love the pure vanilla Android operating system.

on a side note if you're looking for a cheap device just to play PL on. I would also like to mention the Google Nexus 8 gig is rumored to be dropping in price to either 99 or 149 dollars and offers all the same hardware as a 32 gig just with less memory.

This is what ping means http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ping_(networking_utility)

I cant understand how you get a way worse ping on another device on the same network, unless u are using ur network more at the time u use the other device.

My ASUS Transformer 32GB. Paid $300 for it but I never go over 100 ping and there is ZERO lag in pvp or the lag monster himself, Red Dragon. Still getting use to the bigger screen but I love it.

I've got overclocked LG Optimus 3D with 1.4GHZ dual-core processor and dual channel memory (dunno is that right word...). PL works pretty well, I have to say. For example, PC games like GTA3 work with best graphic settings without any lagging. And PL in 3D looks pretty awesome. :) Only problem is small screen, only 4.3". Because of that I might buy Google Nexus 7 -tablet when they are available in Finland.

Sometimes I play with Chrome too, but it's laggy and i can't play with better quality...

Processor speed is my guess.

May want to check out the new ipad mini.

It'll run just like the iPad 2, according to the tech specs, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as the iPad 2 runs PL smoothly without any hiccups.

N7, not had any issues with it. (Still use my phone a lot more in general though)

Kindle is good for something StS related, but any higher and it starts lagging quite bad.

Been playing some on my HP Touchpad (32GB) running CM9. No issues, rarely over 100 ping. ~10" screen.

You can get it for around $150 unalterred.
