Im pretty sure when i get a bit older im going to join the army.

1: so i know my loved ones are safe
2: to keep my countries freedom
3: to fallow those who we honor

Why i posted this is because im pretty sure i want to do this for the reasons above. If you have any advise about it please share.

Thanks every one.

Good luck and best wishes! Make sure you made the right decision though. You don't want to be in the army a few years and have to be un-honorably discharged! Again, I wish the best!

As a vet, I would advise you to pick a job in the military that has some sort of application in the civilian world. I've been out for 16 years and have yet to find anyone who needs a tank chauffeur.

As a vet I'm going to echo Deathpunch's sentiment. Pick a job that has a civilian application. The formal training and ojt will serve you well. I worked on fighters in the navy but when I got out nobody owned any! Helos everywhere though. I should have worked on those instead.

You find someone with fighter jets, see if they know anyone that needs an old fat tank driver. :D
