Heroic eggsorcist haste isn’t correct

Hello devs

I have tried heroic eggsorcist aa and it isn’t correct it only gives 23,78% haste and not 50% haste as it should I tried with different sets and it came out with the same results here is the my normal haste with Arcanite love pupper and here is also the haste with the arcane Ability of heroic eggsorcist I should have 99,50% haste not 73,28% as it

It is because haste is capped at 70%, anything above gets heavily reduced.

So instead of 10% you will get only 1% if it is above 70%

This is correct, haste has diminishing returns.
