No full vanity sets in Sl, nor there are rings, just sets & implants lol

Yup nothing like that in SL.
For any kind of bonus you would of needed the full Vanity Cap set.

•insane stats, can change whenever he feels like changing them and to whatever he wants them to be
•probably can kill you with just one shot of the started guns.
Do not approach this guy in pvp. If you see him, pray that he doesn't see you! By all means, leave the game if you're quick enough. If you're not... You'll be missed greatly.
On a serious note. SL hasn't w wolves enough into pl that it has that. The rings here are called implants. The vanity doesn't give stats, and the only gear that's the "best" is probably pinks at l46. They're the "best because if they weren't the "best" then sts wouldn't have made them l46 and pinks :p.

No Stats.
Com - Pink set - high dodge,high armor
Op - Pink set - Crit Crit Crit
Eng - i would say Epic set. Gives dodge for survival.

Are devs even allowed to enter pvp/ ctf?
Some of them have insane amounts of stats. Apparently they are also able to boot the original host of the game
