Can't gain exp

Hi from yesterday or the day before i can't leveling my mage it's stuck in numkber 2 of exp in lvl 33. The other two characters run correctly and i can leveling with them, it's just the mage. What can i do?

If your trying to level it in lost expedition it won't work, need to go to a higher campaign

i go to the campaign where i've to do the quests in elite yeti and the exp don't move from 2 :(
