Increased Gauntlet Difficulty
This year's Twilight Temple will start at a higher level of difficulty
and ramp up significantly more with each wave than it did last year.

We are doing this in response to feedback that the Twilight Temple lasted far
too long for OP Solo and (especially) OP Groups.

Another (Easier) Way To Play
In light of player requests to play Twilight Temple without the steep difficulty and strict time-limits
we are developing a separate (non-gauntlet) area where you can have fun and grind without competing.
This will be a more traditional event style map that drops event tokens, gold and other cool loot
but is separate from the main 'gauntlet' and does not award event points.

We are not planning to offer a separate 'Tier' type scoring nor any variant of the 'gauntlet' style encounter
that exists without wave timers or difficulty ramp at this time... but it's something we are going to consider for a future event!

Personally the aura would look 1000x better if it lost the purple and was pure black on the bottom or possibly a red ring that surrounded the character not the outside of the aura. The red flames going around the character do look awesome though. Can't wait!

The wizard is like an outcast class, as if you are a stepchild.I really hope that costume won't be distributed to the ranking players, because even those players have a feeling that they won't want you to give that costume to everyone for free. The mage body is just too small and to irregular to make a proper vanity, best bet is to make more vanities like ghastly grim sets, hellion, founder sets where the shape of the mage doesn't interfere with the vanity shape

Mage vanity idea/concept is fine, but the result is not that great imo.
Would have probably looked much better if it was animated or if it had cloth physics like some of the newer banners.

it doesnt stun all mobs just one part, its regular but u can die by one hit only, so ...

ok so a red version of cosmic corruption aura this time eh? anyways yeah thank you for adding a non LB zone. at least this event wont be ditched by many. I dunno how it goes yet but I'd say thats a great start for a year 2024 event.

why not release a Yin Yang Aura? there are temples where you can see some Yin Yang signs. You might get a good sales in it if ever you consider making one if ever this event will be a 2 weeks event. :)

and..... i know that your guys are developing something that is related to dragons. not 100% sure but i see it coming :) Yin Yang + a dragon wisp in the future. that might a good combo. oh and yeah i would also want to request a Yin Yang badge if ever you guys are still brainstorming about a badge design for temple event. (That is up to you if you'll make it a guaranteed badge drop from a crate. Make it rotate slowly if ever it will have an animation to it.) Thanks

and uhmm make the Yin and Yang glow alternately. Yin will glow first then after that it will be the Yang.

Rogue Class is good enough
Warrior Class the armor is good. it reminds me of a golem. could've been better if they make it as a full golem. (like replace the helmet with an inspired Stone Golem face)
Sorcerer Class i dunno I'm confused. the only thing that i understand about is the talisman used in its face. Talismans are used to seal a bad spirit but based on what I'm seeing the Talisman needs to be used on its mouth and teeth because the mouth and teeth of this vanity reminds me of a typical Karen who talks crap about someone's life. (Maintain the Talisman being used in it but for real that gross big mouth really needs a big change and i can't think of what to suggest. (maybe just turn this mage vanity into a cursed spirit that is covered with Talismans)

Lol, tastes vary. I find the mage to have nice contrasting details, while the rogue isn’t interesting to me. The warrior always gets the most attention.

As a mage player I agree with some opinions in this thread regarding the look of vanities for this particular class. Over the years we got so many sticks as staffs, star legends guns instead of some more fantasy oriented guns, ugly vanities compared to other classes. Do not mention that we don t have a proper looking face for our class. Just dumb looking ones.. Come on guys.. show us a bit of love and make an effort to release some cool looking designs. That shard is dope and I m glad you have decided to release it as a vanity. The green legendary orb is a wasted model for a cool looking vanity.

I would add a red glowing smoke instead of the displayed portion of the mage's face. Those thoots are ugly as hell.

It would be possible to add more tables per level in these events, for example 10 spaces for people who go further at level 25, 50, 70 (the prizes would be simpler but it would provide more entertainment so that people know how it was played before. weaponry of its time

just wanna add a few suggestions for upcoming temple event if you guys still have a room for it. (if not then its ok, maybe just save it for 2025)

For Rogue's Chakram: I wanna see a rogue holding 2 paper talismans as a chakram vanity weapon
For Warrior's Chain/Long Sword: just a simple monk spear will do. just browse a net for references.
For Sorcerer's Orb: Its a Talisman too. Its either a floating Paper Talisman or a floating Charm Talisman

I think these are 3 different vanity sets, they don't look alike at all
so I wouldnt speculate that these are the only vanitys each class is gonna get, probably there will be a Golem set (the war one) for each class

Hmmm if the helmet part of this rogue vanity will be changed I guess it should be something that is comparable to a flurry helmet with spiky fur and color should be in black and gray or the fur will have the same color as the one that is applied to that rogues shoulder

Just guessing here, but i believe they are showing all 3 vanities and none of them are class specific.
They previewed the winter event vanities the same way.

It may be but it doesn't excuse that ugly face of the mage showcase. I don't understand their direction with the mage. I love that class but is so frustrating when an event comes out and we get things like this. Even the weapons vanity are the worst. Sticks over sticks, event after event, fps guns, toy guns, oversized weapons, megaphones. I understand that the game is no longer about Arcane Legends as it was back then when we had Ker Shal and it has its value for a reason. It reflects the magical aspect of a weapon. Goblin Staff, Goblaun, Elondrian Gun, Immortal Staff and Gun, Ker Shal, Flamestrike, Hellshriek, Magmatic, Iced Ribs, Professor's Penicular, Runic Flare and few others are a perfect example of good designs. Even the legendary orbs have a better design and a wasted resource imo for good vanities. And for real, we should be able to use chainsword, orbs and chackrams vanities for our staff, greatsword and daggers too. Those are way to similar and it doesn t make sense to have them restricted just because you have decided to add a 3rd type of weapon in the game that is way to similar to one of the other 2.

I don't like many of the vanities these days. I used to look forward to events mainly for the vanities. They did have a good day when the brought out the conjurer vanity though.
I'm not a fan of the modern Arcane Legends themes in general. The reason I was drawn to this game was because it had a mystical and mythical air, reminiscent of Lord of the Rings with a dash of other medieval threads.
You can see that in some of the names chosen at the beginning.

Just recently joined the AL genre and was wondering if in the future events we could get some of these sets.

Having a few Spartan armory, or Greek gods inspired armory would be perfect for a genre such as AL.

These are just ideas. Hopefully this could be in consideration. 2024 new year and the way AL is looking I'm excited.

Here are more ideas, they are concept arts from Fortnite Im just giving out these pictures as concept to see what the team in STS could do. , or could potentially come close to bringing this to the game.

These are for the rouge class . Having these variants would be really cool and I can't think of a more perfect genre than AL.
