Hi ... can you please check a bug where gems in ones inventory disappear.
I had three legendary BEAST gems disappear on my account while liquidating gems and selling them in auction house. No, I did not mistakenly liquidate them, as I would have noticed the warning and the item in pink lettering since it is a legendary item. Additionally, I did check the buyback option for liquidated items in the inventory tab, and there were no legendary items in there.
Of these three gems, I could technically repurchase two of them from the auction house (at a cost for me); but the other gem that disappeared was a plat purchase! FML. Really brutal and not sure if anyone has experienced. I'm sure STS has a record of what was purchased, received, and obtained in our accounts ... so maybe they can look into this for me.
