I can play all three of STS games but Sam keeps saying technology is always evolving and they have to keep up with the Times. Jelly bean is coming out and I wonder if there ready for it; getting me nervous

Here you go bro, check if your device is Arm-v7 compatible; http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?70041-Keeping-Pace-with-Technology-%96-Updates-to-the-Spacetime-Engine&p=799637&viewfull=1#post799637

Pretty sure it is.

ETA:
Android:
You will need to be running OS 2.2 or greater.
You will need a device that has OpenGL ES 2.0 support.
Your device’s processor will need to support arm-v7a.

Yours = Qualcomm Snapdragon S3, Arm-v7

Your all good.

Use the link bod gave us and look to see if your phone is on the arm7 list. Also i would not use 3g but rather goto wifi. 4g and 4glte obiviously better. I tried playing sl on gf's iphone it is okay but tends to lag a lot. Recommend wifi runs a lot better.
