This shouldn't be able to give me any stat bonus at all. I have a 7% dex kraken arti with exquisite finesse jewels.

Hard to guess what's going on just from that.

So far I'm unable repro any issue with the 2.8.9 update, tried %dex on both equipped and not, flawless jewels, etc, and all previewed what the stats were when equipped.

I don't understand whats causing it though but I do know the stats are very inaccurate.
8% dex helm isn't better than a 7% dex helm with 3 exq finesse. A 5% dex krak arti isn't better than a 7% krak arti with 3 exq jewels vs 3 power stones. Not sure if its an auction only issue.
Its giving minus dex but a huge damage bonus.

Zodias Power Stones are previewing as having their stats outside of zodias, so that's what you're seeing with the artifact I think.

That's the only oddity I've been able to reproduce so far.

The helmet is only 1% dex higher but gives minus 59 dex which is a massive loss normally about a couple hundred damage difference possibly around a 1k loss. Not sure why its only saying minus 6 damage though.

One helmet (8% dex is minus 59 dex and minus 6 damage) the other helmet is (7% dex minus 75 dex but instead of minus like 10 damage its minus 110 damage) which is still extremely low for even a minus 20 dex difference.

It's consistent with when it's equipped, so seems to be working properly.I think its the power stones. Did a test without them and the stats seemed to stay normal. Unequip a weapon with power stones and re equip it and it gives less damage. Equip a vest helmet or belt etc without stones while having a weapon with power stones then equipping it back gives more damage.

Is there one? The only thing I'm aware of is that Zodias Power Stones preview as though in Zodias. If there's something else, I haven't seen any details.

Unequip the vest or any gear without stones and re equip it and its fixed but un equip a diff gear with powerstones and re equip it and its messed up.

Sometime after the next app update, jewels like the zodias power stones and order ones should only preview as active if in a zone where they would be active. (Will require a server update after the new version is required).

The weird case here appears to be when you have gear other than what you're comparing against that has zodias power stones or order jewels and aren't in a zone where they are active.

The 2.8.10 app update (available soon), has the support for fixing this, but requires everyone to have that version before the fix can go out. That will likely be early next week if timing is as it has been recently.
