Was it on iPod? Heard it's pretty laggy on that, iPhone4+/iPad should work fine.

Lol! Turn the device and it still stays upside down.

@Bass, Had a similar issue, but there was an option to fix that in the menu.

Nah theree is not sadly, the only way is to jailbreak but you dont want that soooo maybe in the future.

You could jailbreak, which would get rid of the warranty, when you're done you could just reset it and no one would know.
