I submitted a request/help form to the sts support email and I haven't heard back from ten for two weeks now.....it seemed a little odd, is it because they were releasing a new campaign and the Halloween event?? Usually I get a reply a few days after submitting.

They usually reply next day or in two-three days. If no - then write another ticket.

Ye i did that a couple times successfully, thrm recently i went to go delete a toon an didnt wanna lose them an well Gnosis replied...
