why couldnt the collection window time just stay at 24 hours it makes everyones life easier :/ especially for us people who go to work & school -_-

you're renting the outfit, which means u have to pay for it for a certain amount of time lol. in what place allows u to refund :P, but the answer is no , there isnt a refund.

The only purchasable items for PL Halloween are the costumes. The Vanity Helm must be obtained through a quest, and the other items are all drops. I'll ask Redstapler or Sam to post all the goodies ASAP! :)

Just costume rentals. We're running Halloween a little more like Forgotten Treasure this year. There are some really good stat'd weapons and shields available, as well as dungeons for all levels to play. Our awesome community gal, Redstapler, is putting together a few pic.'s to show you guys the different items you can farm for in the Pumpkin King's Lair! These items are Limited Edition, just like the Forgotten Treasure weapons so get them while they're hot! :) PLAY PLAY PLAY!!! :)

There's no need to be rude to get your point across. Technical issues do arise occasionally. If you are sure that you're within the 6 hours pinch period for your daily blessing, contact Pocket Legends customer service or file a report under the bugs and technical issues forums, and get them to check for you.
