New awaken or something old, discussion

Hello,

i barely use /stats command, but i don't think i've seen "tenacity" there before. Did you see it before, is it something old? What is the use of it then, because i have no idea. Is it something new? If it is possible awaken, what should it be? Did you play any game, where tenacity was part of it? What did it do? Developers are welcomed here!

In other games I play that stat reduces debuff timers even up to 100%. If you get hit with a 5s stun and have 50% tenacity it becomes 2.5s stun.
