Mephisto aa isn't giving any speed boost. Also you need to be standing really close to the pet in order to get the buffs from its aa.. it fails most of the time if you use it while running.

if u want an op pet for speed use h pere aa and doesn't matter if ur close or so far, u will grt buff

Confirmed there is a non-stacking speed boost, but the range is 7m.
