Haste is 70% then it give diminishing returns
Not sure on CD

70% on haste after that like 11-13% for every percent above to 70 for example u get 70 and use aa with 100% more (inagine) u get 11-13% so u get 81-83% i forget the exactly number but remember the aprox of my calculation

Not entirely sure about MAX cap on haste, but after 70%, it has diminishing returns.
It is calculated as
Actual haste = (if over 70%) 70 + (total haste-70)/9
Therefore if u have 80% total (e.g. 15% pet, 15% set, 50% proc), u will get 70+(10/9)= 71.1%

BUT BUT but, with current game meta with everything giving so much haste and more procs and pet AAs with haste, theoretical max haste i have calculated is still over 100% (based on the formula above)... so idk how it works after another certain number for it to fully diminish. Perhaps they changed it so it really is diminishing to nothing.

Crit dmg on the other hand, shld not have a cap afaik. Its a damage multiplier basically similar to dmg% stacking or non stacking. Those arent capped so i would assume crit dmg wont be capped
