Last mission in blacksmoke and Halloween items

I have 19/20 missions complete and don't have any quest left to do. Does anybody know what and where to get the last mission? Also, it seems there is no real advantage to getting the Halloween items as a 74-76 level unless you want it for exclusivity or looks. Is this correct? I have a pink Halloween item and the stats are worse than level 70 purples from blacksmoke. And it's selling for junk prices.

Yep endgame halloween is more for looks

As for the quest, try turning quest helper on? Or maybe you only have 2 elite vanities. There is a quest for the 2 and 3 elite vanity rings

The quest helper keeps sending me to Humania but I have all those quests done. I've only capped twice. So does this mean since I can't get the 3 piece, I'll never be able to complete all the quests?

if you cap to 76, you can get the 3 ring quest i believe, assuming that you already have 2 elite vanities

Then you're in the same situation as me. We will both have to wait till 81 to finish the last quest.

Running on 208/211 here and there are no new quests... maybe it's because I didn't finish the 500-items-quest for dragon stuff before BSM came out?

I've confirmed this with my second toon which has never capped. All quests completed everywhere else and I'm stuck at 209/211.
