Phantom set V.S. Lvl 71 Dex set (sorry dont know the name)

Hey guys :D I was wondering.. As if now is it worth it to get the new lvl 71 set? Phantom set seems to be doing fine, but I'm thinking they'll eventually lose power :D Any thoughts or opinions will be appreciated!!

Flying recurve set? Yeah phantom is better both in 13m range and dodge, but put in mind the increase in hit % and dmg on flying compensates the dodge lost so its up to you to decide which you like better
