Banners with physics

I noticed for the past events the devs have stopped making banners with physics. Any reason why? Is it going to be an exclusive for Banner Bash event?

Leaderboard and store banners ideally have cloth physics, but I know there are some looted/tier banners with cloth. We haven't had consistency with this and there is no reason.
