- Recipe is from the Catacomb vendor (next to cata portal)
- Mechanubis alter stone: You either buy it from players (auc or from street) or kill golden merman (mini boss in cata [statues]) Note: Golden minis not always drop alter stones
- Revenant's Wage: You have to kill the mini boss (The mini boss doesn't need to be golden) on the golden circle so it will spawn the revenant's wage (harvestable, but only the harvester gets the item)

Edit (ty dexxiedex): In order to buy the recipe you need 'Zodias Champion' rank which is 150k zodias points.
